Cloud Eggs
This viral breakfast trend puts a new, fluffy spin on a classic breakfast staple

INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg whites
- 4 egg yolks
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- 1/4 cup meat, chopped (optional)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped herbs (optional)
- 2 tablespoons finely grated cheese (optional)
Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a clean mixing bowl, with an electric beater, whip egg whites into stiff peaks
Step 2: Fold in salt and pepper, as well as any additional toppings (bacon, veggies, herbs, cheese, etc.)
Step 3: Scoop 1/4 of the egg white mixture onto a baking sheet with parchment paper, pressing down a circle in the middle where the yolk will be placed. Bake for 5-7 minutes until they start to turn golden brown on the tops
Step 4: Remove from oven and place yolks into the center of each "cloud," bake for another 3 minutes, then remove from oven and serve immediately
